2018-2019 Concentration Statement

For my concentration this year, I want to delve deeper into human emotion and figure. I want to explore words in terms of imagery and emotion. I want to base artwork around a passage or a set of words and incorporate them into the artwork somehow. This way, I am not limited to just doing portraits, but able to open up and do more. Depending on the passage or set of words, I can dive into a bunch of different topics or subjects.
